MSE traded 159.1 thousand shares

159.1 thousand shares of 23 SHCs were sold at the yesterday’s trade at the MSE trade, totaling 49.2 million MNT. 29.9 thousand shares of Moninjbar SHC were sold the most actively at the secondary. At the primary market, 45 thousand shares of Remicon SHC were sold. Shares of Anod Bank increased by 14.91% and Barilga Corporation share was increased by 11.11%. Share of SBB was decreased by 9.47% and share of Hermes Center was decreased by 8.96, if compared against the previous day of trade at MSE.

Weekly Stock Review

Between September 22-26, 2008, 856.6 thousand shares of 36 SHCs were sold at 5 trades of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, totaling 185.9 million MNT.
At the primary stock market, 184.9 thousand Remicon share was sold at 18.5 million MNT. TOP-20 index was 8291.42 and it was decreased by 12.5 units or 0.15% against the last week and the total market value was set at 679,87 billion MNT. The most decreased shares were UB BUK (-14.5%), APU (-11.6%), Moninjbar (-11.5%). Total of 36 shares were sold and 12 of them increased, 13 decreased and 11 remain stable. (more…)

Remicon changed its underwriter

On May 15 2008, Remicon SCH listed at the Mongolian Stock Exchange with aim to raise fund for its concrete factory project. Its IPO was 9,9 billion MNT in 98,9 million shares in the primary market of MSE. Its underwriter and dealer was “DSF” Broker and Dealer Company. But as for today, 69,9 million shares in 6,9 billion MNT are not sold yet. (more…)

Weekly Stock Review: September 8-12, 2008

Between September 8-12, 2008, 629.9 thousand shares of 42 SHCs were sold at the Mongolian Stock Exchange, totaling 172.1 million MNT during 5 stock trades.
At the primary stock market, 253 shares of “Remicon” SHC were sold, totaling 25.3 thousand MNT.

TOP-20 index was 8307.98 and it was decreased by 197.16 points or 2.3%. As the result the market value was 688.8 billion MNT. Shares of Telecom Mongolia (by -13.8%), Erdenet Carpet (-12.5%), APU (-10.7%), Eermel (-7.3%) and the State Department Store (-5.1%) were decreased. (more…)

Weekly Stock Review

5 stock trades were held in a week between August 18-22, 2008. 654.8 thousand shares of 31 SHCs were sold at the Mongolian Stock Exchange, totaling 195.5 million MNT.

1.7 thousand shares of Remicon SHC were sold in 170.3 thousand MNT.

Index of Top-20 was 8670.71 and it was decreased by 830.85 units or 8.7%. Hence the total market capitalisation was set at 734.2 billion MNT.

Shares which prices were dropped are; Ulaanbaatar Hotel (by -27.8%), Gobi (by -7.5%), Mongolia Telecom (by -9.1%), Baganuur Mine (by -6.4%), NIC (by -6.3%), APU (by -6.4%), Moninjbar (by -9.7%).

468.9 thousand shares of Khukh Gan SHC, 71.4 thousand shares of Anod Bank, 55.2 thousand shares of Hermes Centre SHC, 22.2 thousand shares of Genco Tour Bureau (GTB), 21.9 shares of APU SHC were sold and most active.

Stock News: August 20, 2008

38.4 thousand shares of 11 stock holding companies were sold at the Mongolian Stock Exchange, totaling 11.6 million MNT.

136 shares of Remicon SHC were sold at 13.6 thousand MNT. Also 17.8 thousand shares of Khukh Gan SHC were sold and was the most active share of the day.

Moreover, shares of Olloo increased by 15% and Hermes Centre 9.72% and shares of Genco Tour Bureau decreased by 3.3% and the State Department Store 1.61% respectively.

Stock trade in Mongolia (Monday, August 11, 2008)

Stocks of over 20 companies listed at the Mongolian Stock Exchange were sold, totaling 529.9 thousand shares in 94.8 million MNT, yesterday.

1000 shares of Remicon SHC were sold at 100.000 MNT.

The most active share was Khukh Gan SHC and 488.5 thousand shares were sold.

As for the comparison against yesterday’s closing price, share of Hermes Center SHC is increased by 6.67% and Tuul Songino Water Reserve SHC by 2.86% and, in contrary, shares of Hasu Mandal SHC are dropped by 15.0% and BDSec SHC by 9.97% accordingly.
