Between March 9-12, MSE had four days of trading, selling 763.2 thousand shares of 35 SHCs, totaling 706.5 million MNT.

Top – 20 index has increased by 9.7% or 825.92 points reached 9333.81 and TOP – 20 index reached 820.3 billion MNT.

The biggest gainers were Sor (31.7%), Ulaanbaatar Hotel (30.7%), Makh Impex (29.6%) and on contrary, the biggest declines were Mongolia Telecom (9.1%), Monimjbar (4.0%). Read the rest of this entry »

The State Property Agency issued list of entities to be privatized next year and it will be proposed to the State Great Khural. According to the renewed list, major entities are removed from the list.

In the list of 2004-2008, MIAT, Mongolia Telecom, Khutul Concrete and Lime Factory and Mongol Post Companies were the top priority. But, the State Property Committee considers privatizing these state owned companies will bring negative impact to the society, economy and the national security.

The Government pursued policy to stabilize positive financial and corporate governance of MIAT in order to improve its performance and privatizing domestic transportation through separating its business and social services. 205.2 thousand shares of 20 JSCs were sold at MSE totalling 159.2 million MNT trade in value. 55.2 thousand shares of Khukh gan JSC were sold and it was the most actively traded stock. In comparison to the previous day’s trade, share price of Shivee ovoo was increased by 15.0% and Mongolia Telecom by 14.67% whereas share price of Remicon (-11.76%) and Khukh gan (-5.30%) were decreased at MSE. Index top 20 is 7722.24 units and was increased by 299.20 units if compared to the trading session of Monday.

10.6 thousand shares of 8 JSCs were sold at MSE totaling 2.9 million MNT trade. 3.0 thousand Khukh gan shares were sold and it was the most actively traded share at MSE. 48 units of Remicon shares were sold at the primary market. In comparison to the previous trade, share price of Zoos goyol (-12.5) and Mongolia Telecom (-6.67%) were decreased respectively. Index top 20 is 4715.27 units and was decreased by 48.37 units during today’s stock session.

136.2 thousand shares of 15 JSCs were sold at MSE totalling 48.2 million MNT trade. 102.4 thousand Khukh gan shares were sold and it was the most actively traded share at the stock market. Share price of APU was increased by 10.0% but share prices of Mongolia Telecom (-14.61%), Zoos bank (-7.2%), Khukh gan (-5.26%) were decreased respectively. In comparison to the previous day’s trade, share price of APU was increased by 11.11%, share price of Jenco tour bureau by 10.67%, share price of Darkhan transport was decreased by 8.70% share price of Shoes by 9.75% but share prices of Mongolia telecom and Makh impex JSCs were unchanged at MSE. Index top – 20 was dropped to 4725.06 units and was decreased by 19.13 units in comparison to the previous day’s trade.

37.6 thousand shares of 11 JSCs were sold at MSE totalling 13.9 million MNT trade. 3.5 thousand Remicon shares were sold at the primary market. 10.6 thousand Genko tour bureau shares were sold and it was the most actively traded share in the stock market. In comparison to the previous day’s trade, share price of Tavan tolgoi was increased by 9.76%, share price of Moninjbar was decreased by 13.04%, share price of Mongolia Telecom by 12.97% but share prices of Zoos bank and Nik JSCs were unchanged.
