During the International Economic Forum in St.Petersburg, Mongolian NIC and Russian Rosneft companies signed a 5-year petroleum supply deal worth USD1.3 billion – 1.2 million ton petroleum until the end of May, 2019. NIC accounts for 25% of the Mongolian petroleum market. The deal was signed by Chairman of Rosneft Igor Sechin and Executive Director of NIC JSC S.Altantsetseg. President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin was also present in the signing ceremony.
