Authorities are to charge tax of MNT100 thousand per tonne to keep the price of petroleum stable in the country. Importers said they imported petroleum for MNT1520 and sold at price of MNT1500. Experts warned price of petroleum could rise by MNT50-60. However petroleum importers increased the price by MNT90 and are now to feel a push from the appropriate authorities to lower the price of petroleum by MNT20-30.
