Ministry of Foreign Affairs unhappy with British court’s decision
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has expressed Mongolia’s unhappiness with the decision of the High Court in Britain to extradite B.Khurts, head of administration at the National Security Council, to Germany. However, the Ministry says it is not to blame for the issue.
The State Secretary of the Ministry and head of the working group on the case, G.Bayasgalan, has told the media that a new working group of lawyers will be formed by the Government soon to suggest what can be done next.
