Q: What agreements were reached with Russia in terms of Petroleum?
D.Zorigt: Meeting of Mongolian and Russian Governments’ Commissions were held last Friday and we discussed and shared views of current petroleum supply shortage issue in Mongolia. First of all, we agreed to receive 10 thousand tons of petroleum and we are trying to sign a long term contract. Mongolian officials and some Petroleum Importers are In Russia to reach long term agreement which will avoid supply shortage and monthly delays.
Rosnevt of Russia again showed interest in Mongolia’s petroleum retail business and to enter the Mongolian market. We should study more before giving answer to the Russian side. As of today, petroleum supplies as well as diesel supply are in very stable condition.
