S.Bayartsogt: Expenditure will be reformed in the next four years

Loading ...The secondary discussion was made on budget expenditure of year 2007, during the session of Standing Committees of Law, Economy, Social Policy, Education, Culture and Science. There were many remarks and and comments on misuse of budget expenditure. For example, The National Public Radio and Television is funded by the Governement, but its expenditure goes through commercial bank and so on. MP R.Rash said that from the quantity point of view, budget expenditure was normal, but its bad from quality side. He continued that “Budget is law. To exceed it is also wrong. It is not fair to punish those people who implement it, when compose bad and errornous plan. Money for election is fueling up inflation more than goat money”
Mr. S.Bayartsogt, the Minister for Finance said that Budget income was arranged well in last four years. Tax was reformed. But in the next four years, we willreform expenditure. Current expenditure will be shrunk.
