Few days ago, the Ulaanbaatar railway organized open door day in order to listen people’s comments and to improve the service to public. In the frame of this arrangement they operated call-free phone and got people’s comments. Also teachers and students of Railway institute will carry survey called “Railway service-to customers” from passengers of all direction trains. Its purpose is to improve their service. They located a computer in the ticket selling hall and introduced new service that customers can take information about ticket selling. And also V.Otgondemberel, head of the Ulaanbaatar railway went to Zamyn Uud in order to coordinate luggage transportation block. D.Jigjidnyamaa, vice head who is in charge of transportation issue, and B.Lkhagvasuren, head of transportation of freight department, are gone with him. The Ulaanbaatar railway is planned to build auto-terminal which load luggage from coach to truck. So they are investigating on the place about cost and possibility to quick transportation. Information broadcasted that construction materials price raised because of goods block in Zamyn-Uud. They said about it that “there is a trouble when we carry bricks and cements because companies who bring them do not use wooden board when load to coaches”. It’s just a lift up by lifting device if we load them with wooden board and with packing. We were going to increase the salary of loader, but cancelled. If we added, then traders will raise their goods price. So we cancelled to increase price even we are working with deficit. We are officially informing that there isn’t any change in our tariffs. Also the railroaders are introducing “DWDW40G” wide broadcasting system in this year in order to increase abroad capacity and speed of information and communication, and to increase current of freight passing. Also the railway bought by leasing comfortable eco coaches which met international standard of passenger transportation and two of 16, 2T -116 locomotives.
