Will Korean visa conditions for Mongols be changed?

Representatives, headed by Chu Gui Ho, Head of Border Inspection and Foreign Citizen policy Department of Korean Republic visited the President of Mongolia N.Enkhbayar, exchanged views on creating favorable conditions for citizens to visit mutually and to be employed. Expressing his gratitude for running positive policy on Mongols living and working in Korea, treating them humanely, the President also expressed hi satisfaction on extension and development of bilateral cooperation and relation and highlighted relations between citizens would be the basis of cooperation and friendship.

Mr. Chu Gui Ho recalled his visit to Mongolia in 2001, expressed his gratitude to the President for the receipt and promised to work for increasing number of Mongolian citizens to work and visit in Korea. According to Mr. Chu Gui Ho, the number of Mongols entering Korea reached over 40 thousand per annum and 35 thousand Mongols are studying and working there. Also he informed on his further activities on increasing number of visitors, mitigating visa conditions and expanding multi-visa terms.
