“We will survive in the environment of decreasing copper price until the end of this year”
World financial market is in crisis and it surely takes effect in Mongolia as copper price decrease. As for today, people who were allured by the political promises and people who seduced electors with the subsidy money of benefit from the high price of copper, are suffering the most. Groups of MPRP and Democratic Party of Mongolia held meeting regarding the current situation.
Many MP are agreed on the few consent. As for this year, copper price has less effect on our budget and basically Mongolia can get through it until the end of this year.
Most of MPs think that many laws must be amended, such as Mortgage loan, investment law, law on competition. It said that in order to be reactive with the changes, the State Great Khural must change its procedural regulation to discuss the proposed draft laws.
