We Can Study From Japanese Practice

G.Munkhbayar, Speaker of Civic Representative Meeting of Ulaanbaatar, met with Ichiro Kono, project head of garbage vehicle management improvement of the Ulaanbaatar. During the meeting, G.Munkhbayar, Speaker of Civic Representative Meeting of Capital city, talked on master plan implementation of solid waste management. In the frame of the project, Japan will give us 10 million dollars free grant which is required to purchase heavy lorry working on the waste point. Comparing to waste point of Morin Davaa, waste point of Narangiin Enger take 80-90 per cent of the waste. Therefore they are working to start new waste point there before cold. Also Ichiro Kono said that “I observed that air pollution is more common in winter. There was air pollution in Japan before 20-30 years. We can implement the practice here”.
