Draft investment agreement is rejected by the National Security Council (NSC). This was discussed at the meeting of National Security Council last week and committee group had offered new proposals to the investors. According to the sources, investors have to respond to the proposals this week and draft investment agreement Oyu tolgoi will be re-discussed by National Security Council.
