Draft law on Oyu Tolgoi investment agreement, other amendments in the related laws and regulations, draft investment agreement between the Mongolian Government and Ivanhoe Mines Inc. and shareholders’ agreement draft were presented to the State Great Khural by the Government of Mongolia.

These documents were twice discussed by the cabinet Meeting and once by the National Security Council.
