Today at 14.30, two Standing Committees will held meeting. The Standing Committee of Budget will discuss modification in the Budget Law, Atomic Energy and Oyu Tolgoi IA.
Oyu Tolgoi IA will be presented to the general session of the Stata Great Khural within this week.

over 15 MPs from both parties are quite for the agreement & they are quite powerful i think. around 10 and some are against! But there are few influential ones in there too. between ones are have no idea whether to support or against, but I think relying on them is quite risky. Because their decision is mostly and heavily conditional to the public opinion.

public is very less educated in this kind of business and deal making. therefore, they are mostly against. But I think vote will be mere majority of granting power to the Government to sign IA

Did the MPs not vote on IA on the 14th?
If they vote to let the government sign the IA, is that the final approval of the agreement? When the governement approves the IA?
