Government will have 41 agencies

The new Government will have 41 agencies. There will be 30 implementing and 11 instructive agencies. Also new agencies such as Road Transportation Authority, Agency of Family Development, Agency of SME, Agency of National Development were planned. Also some agencies will be shut, but not their activities, they will be transformed into the State Entities.

Ministry of Finance		Mongolian Tax Administration , General Customs Office
Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs	General Police Department, General Authority for Border Protection	State Center for Civil Registration and Information, General Authority for Implementing Court Decisions, National Archives
Ministry of Environment and Tourism		National Agency of Meteorology, Hydrology and Environment Monitoring, Water Authority. Forest Authority
Ministry of Defence	General Staff of the Mongolian Armed Forces
