As earlier reported, Ministers made disclosure on National Security Council decision, consists of President, Speaker of Parliament and Prime Minister, of supporting Oyu Tolgoi IA. Once the National Security Council supports IA, the Government of Mongolia will make a request from Speaker of the State Great Khural, to convene irregular session.
Also it will present additional four draft laws, abolishment of windfall tax, amendments in the tax law on business entities, Law on Raods and Law on Water.

Any feelings as to whether the SGK will approve changes as suggested by those suggesting the changes?
Who are the people that are behind the changes? and are in favor of approval of the chnages?
Is a majority of MPs all that is needed to make these changes?
do you think that 46 MPs will support the changes, what are the thoughts of the nNational Security Coucil giving strong support for the changes? “B”
