Joint comminque of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, an Light Industry of Mongolia and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

In the communique, the Ministries determined the primary directions of their cooperation and and agreed upon the renewal of the agreement of 1992 within this year.
The communique was signed by the Minister T.Badamjunai and Minister Skynnyk.E.B.
Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Roads, Transport, Construction and Urban Development of Mongolia and Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

Minister Kh.Battulga and Minister Levitin signed on the memorandum. This document stated about improvement the transport capacity of Ulaanbaatar Railway and opening of branch of the University of Roads and transport of Irkutsk in Ulaanbaatar, through the increase in the investment capital into Ulaanbaatar Railway, a joint venture.

“Mongolia Railway”, “Erdenes Mongolia” state owned company and “Russian Railways” stock holding association held negotiation.

As the result of the negotiation parties argeed upon establishing JVC with 50/50 ownership and its operation will be managed by the company rule. Company will issue 25.260 shares with face value of 100,000 MNT, totaling 2.526.000.000 (two billion five hundred and twenty six million) MNT.
Mr. Enebish.B, the Executive Director of “Erdenes Mongolia” state owned limited company and Mr. Yakunin.V.I., the President of “Russian Railways” signed on the agreement.

Atomic Energy Agency and “ROSATOM” Atomic Energy Corp. of the Russian Federation will cooperate

In the MOU, parties agreed upon training the Mongolian human resource in the atomic energy sector. More precisely, 10 Mongolian students and 5 experts will be trained in Russia in year 2009-2010. MOU was signed by Mr. Enkhbat, the head of the AEA of Mongolia and Mr. Kiryenko, General Director of “Rosatom” atomci energy corp of Russia.
