There were six parks were built last year but public believes it was waste of resources and the facilities and the environment were deficient. City Governor’s Office is planning to spend around 1 billion MNT on building a national park to make the capital greener and to create a better environment. This epic work will is planned to start from this March. The national park consisting of 667 hectares is located between the Marshall’s bridge and Bayanzurkh’s bridge. 90 thousand trees will be planted, 15.5km cycling roads and 34km of roads for pedestrians will be built.
