Afterwards, he discussed bilateral relations issues with S.Oyun. Also he visited the Prime Minister of Mongolia S.Bayar.

Noting bilateral relations and cooperation of the two has been extended aggressively recently for 18 years since the diplomatic tie, S.Bayar stressed out that bilateral cooperation and relations undergo a fast change in all levels successfully. During the meeting Prime Minister S.Bayar requested Mr. Yu Myung-hwan to attach attention on the issue that Mongolian citizens come back  from Inchon to Mongolia even they have visa permission, which is difficult for them.
