With reference to the International financial market training, which is to be held between 8 and 11 September, we got details from U.Ganzorig, President of Mongolian Financial Market Association.

Could you please introduce us the training?
One of the main priorities of Mongolian financial market association is to improve regularly knowledge and education of the professionals in the sector. Besides, we are obliged to increase financial awareness and knowledge of others, who are interested hugely in capital and financial markets. For instance, entities, running ordinary business activities, draw funds from the capital market through issuing shares and bonds. On the other hand, people and companies are interested in investing their money in shares and bonds. All these interested parties need to be armored with knowledge not less than that of professionals. In this regard, we organize 6-day training covering not only Mongolian but also international capital markets.

How about the training contents?
The training contents aim to provide basic knowledge in attendance of any professionals who are interested in financial and capital market. Therefore anyone, professional or non-professional, could be enrolled in. The training shall provide all basic knowledge on capital market, money market, currency market, risk management, techniques and analysis. Also specialists are invited to introduce on international leading systems including Reuters and Bloomberg trading. In addition, specialists invited from Financial Regulatory Commission and Ministry of Finance shall deliver interesting speeches on state policies on the subjects.

Who is going to train?
The feature of our training is that it is based on practice. Therefore, professional in this sector would share their experiences. The trainers include experienced staff of domestic banks and professionals of international banking and finance sectors. For example, Mr. Howard Lambert, Vice President of the ING Bank is to provide an interesting subject on international bond and interest market.
