According to the official statement of D.Bayarsaikhan, Director of State Labour and Welfare Service Department, child allowances and money for newly married couple will be stopped from the start of the year 2010 as related laws were amended. D.Bayarsaikhan stated that the Social Allowance Law was amended to not to include monthly allowance of MNT 3000, MNT 25 thousand per season, MNT 100 thousand for news born babies and MNT 500 thousand to newly married couples in the state budget. D.Bayarsaikhan said that each citizen will be granted MNT 120 thousand from the Human Development Fund every year and other allowances are being discussed by the officials.
