Special Meeting of the Cabinet Ministers was held today and resolved the following issues.

Finance Minister S.Bayartsogt informed about the cooperation result with IMF on pre-implementation of the budget income performance of and measures on budget investment of Mongolia

In relationship with this issue, the following responsibilities and duties are imposed on related officials and are as follows:

- Due to decrease in budget income, all the General Managers of the Budget to immediately prepare their proposals to the Ministry of Finance on cutting the budget current expense and budget investment expenditure.

- Minister for Finance S.Bayartsogt to take measures on recovering the loss of funding source in the budget loss and immediate increase of budget income.

- To temporarily suspend the new tender bid announcements on investment projects, measures, activities and construction works, will be funded by State Budget and Mongolia Development Fund in year 2009 until the budget modification will be adopted and Minister for Finance and General Managers of the Budget are appointed to be in charge of this issue.

- to study financial program with IMF and present to the Cabinet Meeting and Minister for Finance is appointed for this task.
