If Mongolia adopts its regulation, it has to pay $450,000 for its annual payment.

Some MPs commented on poor usage of renewable energy resource. Even this renewable energy has became good topic and theme of doing business on the budget. In Matad soum of Dornod aimag, there are many wind generators (cost of ₮980 million) that can operate in the condition of wind speed of 22 meters per second.

MP Kh.Narankhuu warned its negative impact for the economy. He said that “many countries implement it because of environment, not economy. Its cost is high; therefore usage of renewable is only 10% in the world. It will not exceed that much. But we developed plan to increase it up to 25%. It is so unrealistic number.Also, there is no other place than Ulaanbaatar with much air pollution. So, we cannot blame each other because of the renewable energy issue for not to nurn solid fuel”.

The law was adopted by 87,2% vote.
