Latest statistic reveals that there are 28 thousand foreign workers from 85 countries are officially registered in Mongolia. 85.0 percent of these are Chinese, 4.2 percent are Russian and 2.0 percent are from Korea says the report. If we divide these foreign employees into sectors, 44.6 percent are working in the Mining sector, 30.0 percent in the Construction sector, 5.7 percent in factories and 6.8 percent of the employees are working in the servicing and trading sectors.
