What is the main purpose of your visit and what do you plan to do in Mongolia?

Our goal of the visit is to create Microsoft business in Mongolia, to run Microsoft activities in and contribute to education sector. During this visit, we are going to hold meetings with state and private sector authorities, sharing views on how Microsoft could cooperate with government and private companies in the future.

What are the requirements on potential Mongolian companies for cooperation?

No specific requirements we have. It is important that they should have wills and interests to cooperate with us. There are several forms of cooperation, such as: 1. Developing other products using Microsoft products; 2. Selling Microsoft products and extending the company coverage; and 3. Providing training and advertising Microsoft products. Everyone, who cooperates and conducts business with us, is our partner.

How many representative offices does Microsoft have worldwide?

We operate many branches worldwide. Most of them are located in Western Europe, namely in France and England. We are interested in opening our representative office in Mongolia because we open our legal organizations in the country we visit.

How about Mongolia?

You’ll be the 95th country, if we open our representative here; however we don’t classify them because every country is important to us.

What changes could Mongolian consumers expect from you thanks to the opening of the representative office in Mongolia?

Mongolian business and market may expect major changes. Microsoft operates in countries in a same way. All countries would equally share the market for our products without any discriminations.
