GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1. Purpose of the Law
The purpose of this law is to protect rights of creators of inventions, industrial designs and utility models, owners of patent and certificate of registration and to regulate relations arising in connection with the exploitation of inventions, industrial designs and utility models.
