GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1. Purpose of the law

The purpose of this law is to regulate relation concerning to the establishment of legal grounds for conducting insurance activities, regulation of insurance activities by authorized state body, it’s monitoring, granting a license for conducting insurance activities, protecting rights of insured person.
