CHAPTER ONE

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article1. Purpose of the law

The purpose of this law is to regulate the relations related to the production, placement, dissemination and control of advertisement in the territory of Mongolia and prohibition of advertisements capable of causing conflict to fair competition, confusion and mislead to consumers, and harm to their interests.
