Remicon SHC decided to trade 77.45% of its total of 137,642,623 shares in 19th of May, 2008. Since then Remicon SHC has sold 37.2% of its publicly announced 98,992,602 shares at the primary market. Contract with World key LLC has expired on the 20th of Jan, 2009. Remicon have made agreements with Gauli LLC which will now work as the broker of Remicon under the contracts. Gauli LLC will work as the provider of the remaining 64,177,463 shares of Remicon SHC.
